I can only imagine you have never once used Topsy Turvy to handle eeveepass, and I can go out on a limb and say you've never played against eeveepass nor played a single match in doubles OU, you just want to meme about how smogon is bad at the game and how they're all retarded for not using fucking Malamar on their team.
Haze is the only hard counter to eeveepass but it's not like it's an automatic loss if you successfully shut it down. Essentially all you've done is turn eevee into death fodder, they still have five other pokemon (eeveepass teams were not completely centered around eeveepass, they can still be competent teams without eevee.)
On the other hand, if they do successfully pass, it's essentially an automatic win.
