Normal is viewed as the psuedo-Beast type, and fairly, because it appears that way. But imagine one or two animals fighting each other? Seems more like mono-Fighting, it might be arbitrary but a fighting beast is usually makes more sense as mono Fighting in-game.
Meaning the recipe for a Normal/Fighting type goes
