Only just came out, has Sunkern tier stats, including a base 10 speed, an abysmal movepool, a so-so evolution and is outclassed by absolutely any other grass type you can catch before it shows up. It's stats are so poor you cant even justify putting an eviolite on it. It only learns grass and normal moves with the exception of Pollen Puff. Just an absolute garbage Pokemon really with little time or reason for it to be used very much.
