Considering how that design resembles a donut mascot, I had an idea where Sylph Co. sold out and literally made a living creature as an advertisement for some company which would become their mascot, and you could only obtain the upgrade buy purchasing a lot of their products.
Since Porygon-Z is like faulty program, this Porygon would be like lazy/unpolished program with intentionally stiff and awkward, maybe sometimes uncanny animations.
It’d basically be like Porygon2 stat-wise but a physical attacker instead of special since its a lion. And since its just programming and stuff you would still (oddly) be able to evolve it into a Porygon-Z, and any Porygon-Z that evolves from this porygon will be exactly the same except sometimes they’ll have a glitchy lion model appear for a brief second during their spasms, Z-fighting with the bird model.
