That wasn't my initiative, it's just that none of them seem to care enough to do it. I've had most of my Pokémon for the better part of five years and none of them have so far evolved (or already evolved long before I came into possession of them). I guess it might be because I don't train hard enough or often enough, but I do get into the occasional trainer battle when 10 year old kids try to harass me while I'm just going to get some grass bales for the miltank.
