Combines a meerkat on the lookout with a crossing guard without making it too literal. Only crossing guard elements are it's bioluminescent stripes. Speaking of bioluminescence, it's Illuminate ability makes it reminiscent of Linoone's Pickup ability, a regional rodent that can provide utility outside of battle. I found that a nice touch.
