Dracovish gets next place, as it has breathing issues like you said (I guess he can hold his breath for a LONG time though).
Then Arctovish, because the breathing problems are NOT the same, Arctovish's breathing issues are actually worse. It can't even breathe properly in water. Then the whole upside down head, yeah.
Zero arguments against Arctozolt being the most long-suffering mon though, that poor fuck is just screwed for life.
