Look at the way he uses his bag to push his shirt closer to his spine, and the way the shirt flares outwards beneath the bag. It flares out because it's falling onto Blue's butt, which is big enough to make the shirt go outwards.
(Comparison to Red, who is more blocky shaped, or wearing a his bag and shirt looser.)
