If you want to talk about low just look at pic related, it has inconsistent abilities and moves with stats that doesn't fit what it needs to work with, it wants to be an attacker, but its attack is 35 and it's SpAttack is 55, but it also wants to be a Supporter but it's too frail to do more than just 1 move before dying even its SpDef won't save it from getting hit 4x from Rock moves.
So, when you feel your Pokemon is in a bad condition, there is always a Pokemon who has it worse..
