I've been wanting one region set there forever, and for it to be our first full console game makes it even better
Venice especially, Alto Mare from Pokemon Heroes is one of my favorite locations in the Pokeworld, so seeing it finally represented in game would be a dream come true, and thats not even getting into the sheer potential of other locations
The Colosseum could be a new Battle Facility like Battle Royales
The Tuscany Fields could be a massive open plain area,
The Leaning Tower of Pisa could be a gym/trial that involves some tilted rooms
The Legendaries could be based on Roman Gods, We get one for each Olympian
Instead of gyms/island challenge, we go on "Hero Trials" where the leaders are inspired by the Heroes from Greek/Roman Mythology, and the challenges are based of their feats
(Like the Hercules guy has a Nemeanin Lion and the Theseus guy has a Minotaur and the Perseus guy has a Medussa)
So much potential
