>>34045362Sure, some youtubers get lucky and can get more viewers (and therefore company attention and profit) through contacts promoting them or having more natural charisma than others, but this is really no different from real life careers.
Ultimately the act of producing content is time consuming and not as easy as it comes across when viewing it. Script writing, pronunciation, filming, editing etc all take time and have to be learned somehow, and can't just be passed on till you're making money or if you have a leg up somehow. Again, its no different from any career really.
