>>56550434I think pre-dojo he wouldn't participate at all, but he'd be forced to at least do the bare minimum during his stay at the dojo to celebrate with others. I think he would carry this notion of doing 'bare minimum' out of the dojo too, once he becomes a Gym Leader again, and at the very least entertain the kids who challenge him on Halloween with a sweet or something just because he learned to be a little bit nicer during his stay.
