Bug resists Cosmic because many insects can survive motionless in space for long periods of time, and they have exoskeletons which kind of act as space suits
Ice resists and is supper effective against Cosmic because most of space is at very cold temperatures. Or even better, because of the Big Freeze
Ground is ineffective against Cosmic for the same reason its ineffective against Flying. Earthquakes going to be nerfed
Fairy is not very effective against Cosmic, because Fairy tales and lore has been replaced by science fiction in modern culture
Cosmic is super effective against Steel because asteroids/solar flares/radiation can destroy our best satellites and machines
