Stakataka has the best Gyro Ball in the game and underspeeds everything for Trick Room. It has just enough coverage to take on the bulk of the meta with 3 moves and only the Water and Fighting priority moves hit it SE.
This thing will see some use. It might not be the strongest mon, but it has just enough of a movepool to be functional.
Its Beast Boost will unfortunately be in Def with this setup, but it's still okay. The EVs/nature also still need some tuning as well.
It's also the bulkiest mon to get Block and Recycle, for ragequit gimmick sets.
