>Hydro Steam>Dragon Pulse>Noble Roar>FlamethrowerUse Noble Roar to reduce damage, wait for it to nullify stat changes (preferably use Dragon Pulse to build up Tera, though it doesn't matter much since it always steals a bit of Tera charge anyways) and Noble Roar until the shield goes up. You should be able to bring it down to -2 or -3 SpAtk. Once shield is up, use Hydro Steam over and over until dead, activating Tera as soon as you're able to. Be sure to use heal cheer when you think you need it
Honestly feels like I sort of lucked out. I had an Umbreon teammate paralyze it which sometimes helped cut down its turns, plus I even got KO'd one time. I barely had enough time to finish it off. This would definitely work better with a Helping Hand user. Not sure what Apricorn Ball is best for Hisuian Typhlosion, since none of them really fit it well, so I went with Fast Ball
