>>37834783Yes. The fire starter is already very humanoid and bipedal, it isn't going to become some monster rabbit, we are getting an more anthro fire starter no matter what. I don't even mind that since rabbits as they are pretty fucking gay, a rabbit fire starter kind of needed to be anthro to end up cool.
>An astronaut/robot fire/steel rabbit is a sick design, much better than a sportsy rabbit or edgelord rabbit. I think it also makes sense with the changes to the Pokemon world that we are seeing - cities are becoming more city-like and more advanced, tech is improving, last gen a literal wormhole to another dimension filled with aliens opened up. Pokemon has also always had a subdued 'science' theme, the observatories, the space museum, stuff like Mewtwo and Deoxys...The techy advanced robotic kind of Pokemon world has always been there just waiting to be expanded on. We know that human activity can change or even create new species of Pokemon, so something like this Astrobunny just fits with what's changing.
>I think as an evolution it makes sense - it is so fast it scorches things turns into using the power of fire/combustion itself for speed. Jumping turns into actually flying. The bandage (even if it isnt really a bandage it is meant to look like one) that covers injuries from its activities turning into protective gear to prevent injuries.
TLDR its a fire/steel astronaut mon with a clean aesthetic design that builds in interesting ways on its pre-evo, what more do you want?
