Depends. With no way to boost its own special attack, unless we get at least +40, it'll be difficult to use offensively. It will absolutely be able to be a bulky DD sweeper with an appropriate boost to Attack, but it doesn't look like a physical attacker. That won't stop GF of course, but I'm guessing physical attacker. I hope they leave the speed and the stats go into everything else.
