Before I start rambling:
1. Download this driver

https://www.python.org/downloads/release/python-31210/3. Install ComfyUI, download Windows portable AMD from here:
https://github.com/comfyanonymous/ComfyUI?tab=readme-ov-file#windows-portable4. Download a model and build a simple workflow. From here you only have to learn genning.
This is the simplest way to get it to work on this card. On Linux it's different but it should be simpler even, also run better.
