I'll gladly breed a batch and hand out the end results if anyone can help. Here are the possible Pokemon that could have the move. IVs don't matter, I just need the moves.
(Obviously) Alolan-Vulpix / Ninetales can have it.
Freezedry is on: Swinub and Deliberd via Smeargle or Pokeradar
Moonblast is on: Sylveon and Popplio (plus its evolved forms)
