I would be a ghost type trainer (although only in name) and my gym would be in a grave yard. There would be no battles with npc, instead in order to face me the trainers will have to speak to the npc who are morning their lost pokemon. They must speak to them and understand the heart break they are going through and understand one day they will face the same kind of heartbreak. The moral of the gym is coming to terms with the Inevitable.
After all the npc have been spoken to the tomb in the middle will open and the player will come inside to face me.
This is where things get spooky, my pokemon will be the same as the person who is facing me, but only mine are all shiny.
This is what I would look like yeah, yeah I know, "fag." it's my fantasy though and it's the pokemon world
I know this is needs a lot of work, but I think it could be a cool concept if done right
