Every pack has like 3-6 usable Pokemon, a few Trainers that might be teched in a deck or two, and everything else is unusable shit. And by shit, I don't mean "makes for a fun rogue deck", I mean shit like pic related. If I pulled this as my rare in a pack, I would be absolutely mad for literally ripping up $4. Why is this fucking allowed? How is this even remotely considered useable? Why can I count the useable (not good, useable) cards in an 164-card pack on two fucking hands?
