Having some impossible moveset or impossible ability or impossible stats or impossible anything else deserves to get blocked from competing in the game. But if the pokemon doesn't break legality and isn't impossible to get on a legit copy, what's the point of having your nutsack in a twist about it? As long as its within normal constraints, the origin of the pokemon shouldn't matter.
