Mega Delibird cannot use damage-inflicting moves other than Present or Gift. Other moves are fine.
Gift - This move rolls a random number between 1 to 802, a number corresponding to each National Dex Pokemon at this point. If the number falls on a baby Pokemon, then Delibird de-volves back from Mega to regular Delibird. He is unable to Mega Evolve for the rest of the battle. If it falls on a starter/young or mid-evo Pokemon, it deals 60 damage. If it falls on a fully evolved Pokemon, then it deals 90 damage. If it falls on a legendary Pokemon, then it brings the opponent's hp down to 1. If it falls on Delibird's number, then the battle ends and Delibird's user automatically loses.
As a side note: If the connection for the Delibird user suddenly goes out once the number rolled is Delibird's (aka, they rage quit), then they're automatically banned from playing Pokemon online for a month. Any attempt to connect to a battle will result in a picture of Delibird wagging its finger back and forth instead of a battle starting.
