I'm interested in getting this card bc I always liked the whole art contest thing (wish they had this kind of thing in the west), and this one falls within my price range. However, as I checked listings for the card, I noticed that I couldn't find a single sealed one. I know this was distributed to anyone who bought 4 packs for a time in 2019, but I assumed it was sealed in some clear packaging like when American retailers got store promos. Anyone got any info on this?
