Manchineel trees are one of the most toxic trees in the world. Everything that's a part of it will kill you. I could see something that's a combination of the manchineel and the witch/scary trees from Snow White It's Pokedex entry would be something like "It appears before hungry and lost Pokemon in the woods, offering its tasty looking fruit. However, those who eat its fruit will soon find themselves becoming its prey."
