The tech is far beyond what real engineers and programmers can create, so it's fantastical enough to go toe-to-toe with elemental creatures, but it still feels like science versus magic. The difference from many other works is that, instead of being at odds, both forces work together to create a utopia. It's a very distinct and positive concept.
