ideally you'd streamline it so you could do it real time in a game(through saved presets)
basically each mon gets a set of base stats, and then X amount of points they can reallocate . These points obviously will be different for each pokemon,
I.E, a pokemon might have crummy base stats, but have a large pool of potential values(PV) that would allow you to boost it. Of course there will be min/max, so you can't just throw all your PVs into speed and attack, but certain pokemon will have higher variables for their stats meaning you have even more leeway with how you scale them(as apposed to dumping 252EVs into a stat)
this would take a huge overhaul of how stats works, and I'm not nearly autistic enough to try and work out this half-assed idea, but Ideally you'd be making quick decisions in game on how you want your sliders set
I also thought of making PP a stat(a la. mana/energy) so you could have more than 4moves, but instead be held back by your PP
