Her hair is extra hard because all candice pictures have the "long hair" tag on danbooru, but aside from her twintails her hair is pretty short, so the images it puts out give her really long hair overall. If you try "short hair", the twintails end up being little stubs. And she doesn't have much art to pull from to start with.
