In short, i had H-Rotom as my last pokemon with fairly low health, and my opponent's last pokemon was a nidoqueen, i use trick to switch items so i don't get locked on one of my moves with my rotom's choice specs, and the item i got after using trick was a black sludge, which made me lose health each turn, well my rotom's overheat was doing jack shit for damage and my opponent literally could not hit me because all she had was ground type moves and i had levitate, eventually my rotom died before i could kill my opponent and i lost.
