For real, I love Leafeon, it's my favorite grass type, but it's not my favorite Eeveelution. It's very cute and lovable but the other Eeveelutions kinda steal the spotlight.
But I think it's mostly because Leafeon doesn't have a lot of usage in-game, usually by the time you'll get to evolve your Eevee into Leafeon you'll have others, better grass types filling your party. Also grass types in general doesn't appear all that popular in the community, It's not hated but it just doesn't seem to generate a lot of discussion around it, compared to other types. That's just my view on the matter though.
