They look atrocious and weird despite the slimmer body it legit looks uncanny, like they tried to make Typhlosion more amthro to fit in with the furfag starter trend of the recent gens and gave up on the arms.
Literally 90% of the fanart here, online and even official art in the tcg and other sources just give it a body and arms closer to regular Typhlosion so it actually looks good.
Flames are cool but screw those arms I'd rather just have had another fire starter ruined.
