On Lana's side we may only see her sisters but her parents are possible.
Lillie is unlikely to have any family there, James may appear to support her, but Lusamine/Gladion and Mohn likely aren't going to appear.
If they do that'd be really interesting.
We may get a tease similar to the picture of Lusamine/Lillie/Gladion at the mansion though.
This is more then likely a family focused episode. The fact that Delia is coming but Lusamine will likely not is something that's going to tell us something about Lillie's family.
