>Pokes speed is lower than base 80, no point in speed invesment unless they raise speed to sweepExample: 251 is the magical number to outpace Tornadus-T after a single Dragon/Quiver Dance, the rest goes into the obvious 252 offense and ANY remaining towards bulk investment. No point in outpacing benchmarked pokes and having wasted EVs.
>Max HP is not always wise due to hazard damage, Lefties recovery, base stat placemantExample: anything weak to Stealth Rock should always have an HP number that CANNOT be divided by 4/8/16 and the like
