Why do I keep seeing Catfags say that Incineroar is now the best starter competitively? It still doesn't get Intimidate and, sure, the moves it got might help it reach RU, but Decidueye also got buffed with Shadow Sneak, Tailwind and Leaf Storm and might even go back to UU, where Primarina also resides, and getting no new moves isn't going to make Primarina worse. If anything Incineroar still without a doubt the worst in singles, or am I missing something important here?
