I mean, just look at some of these fucking Pokemon. Keep in mind all of these save for maybe Crobat were OU in Gen IV before Platinum came out.
His pokemon and Cynthia's Pokemon are also EV'd. And not just EVs thrown on them randomly. They're EV'd as if they were competitive pokemon. And all of these pokemon have IVs of 25 across the board. Cynthia's have 31 across the board.
