The gyms are in the
map.In the game Professor Pine will give you a starter,and tell you to find his aide,who was trying to find a pokemon for a research.There you will find him being chased by a spearow.You battle it and save him.He will get back running to the Professor and give him a shitty excuse.The professor will get a little mad and say he can't do anything in field work,and ask you to fill the pokedex for him,because someone hacked the pokedex database of his friend,Oak,and we need to rewrite all the info and put it in a more secure database.You get the island ticket in the same city as the G1 is,and after going to G3 you see it is closed.You use the ticket to go to the G2,after you go to the the gym is still closed,but when you go to the forest between G1 and and G3 and you encounter Team (name) trying to steal the gym leader pokemons.You have a double battle with him and he explains he was helping the local police investigate a case of pokemon thief.You will battle him.After going further in the forest you will see the creator of the rock smash HM breaking some rocks (his house,located in the city before G1 has a note saying he is training in the forest),he will say he finally achieved the perfection in his HM and run(without seeing you).Now if you go to his house he will be there and will challenge you for a battle.If you win you will get the HM.After getting the HM you will be able to go pass the tunnel between G1 and G4.After going to it you will encounter team (name) once again in the city between G4 and G5,trying to steal something.You will battle them,they will lose but still be able to steal a famous scientist from the city pokemon(porygon).You will battle the g5 and get to the city between G5 and G6.Here you will encounter Team (name)'s hideout and be able to rescue Porygon.There you discover they are trying to backup and hijack all the pokedex database,so they would be the only owners of all the info about all pokemon.Continues...
