The one single type that would both make sense in terms of how much existing Pokemon could adopt it as well as not overlap substantially with pre-existing types is Sound but even then, Sound-type would take like 90% of all Normal Special moves, in addition to raising even more questions regarding other moves. (How would non-Sound type Sound moves like Bug Buzz, Disarming Voice, Clanging Scales, etc. work? Is Throat Chop still balanced if it can completely delete a type from the game? Should Punk Rock be changed to be more akin to Steelworker? Etc.)
