This is assuming that no other pokemon that have been revealed so far evolve, of course, and not counting Mega Evos. Personally, I'd be willing to bet that Talonflame will evolve once more, and Heloptile, Swirlix, Spritzee and Bunnelby will likely evolve at least once. Dedenne could go either way (no Pikachu clone aside from Pichu for obvious reasons has evolved yet), Froufrou probably won't (he's got a Chatot vibe going on, what with the customizability) Meowstic has that prevo rumor, and I'd almost be willing to bet that Litleo is the base form and Pyroar is a second evolution, and Pancham/Pangoro COULD be in a similar situation.
All this is speculation, of course.
