Leaks are FACTUAL, later to be confirmed information that aren't supposed to be out before its publisher intends to become public knowledge. Rumors are information alleged to be true, often from inside sources. Fanart that feeds into a rumor isn't a leak, it's a rumor or a level of rumor codified as a "fake leak."
