Also it makes Dusclops distinctly better than shitty Dusknoir for once in its stupid life instead of just being a Dusknoir in Dusclops drag like your hypothetical Devolution item would.
I'm not going to pretend I wouldn't love a pumped up Darumaka with Darmanitan stats and Hustle. Or even just a regular old Sheer Force Darmanitan with an adorable Darumaka body.
