Also, on that note, the fourth gym being fairy doesn't make sense.
Going by the map, the fairy forest looking gym would be one of the LAST gyms you go to. It's beyond the Dugtrio area with the ground type gym, and that area itself is accessed by a drawbridge which will almost certainly be closed when you first reach it forcing you to go the opposite direction to the Ice city.
