No quicker than 80 speed, but very bulky. Gets a shitload of setup moves like dragon dance, bulk up, and hone claws, and some support moves like stealth rock (osteoderms? I mean druddigon and fucking dunsparce can learn it), dragon tail, glare, slack off, taunt, etc. The abilities let it go offensive with hustle/strong jaw or more defensive with multiscale.
