Scarlet was one of the early prototypes of the Project M2 back at Cinnabar Island at the Pokemon Mansion, when Prof. Blaine and Dr. Fuji worked on the project commissioned by Team Rocket's leader Giovanni, the scientists worked on a prototype while working on the finished version, PROTOTYPE 1.5 has been known to be equally powerful then her finished version male counterpart but somehow she acts/behaves quite differently than the rest of the clones, it turns out that she has autism meaning to the rest of the scientists that she's broken and being useless to their project and sealed her in a cryo-stasis pod and moved on for the finished version without thinking twice the consequences of their own demise, Mewtwo (the finished version) destroyed the lab destroying all evidence and scientists in the building and escaped (p.s.: Blaine and Fuji managed to escape and was never seen since that day). Scarlet was all alone inside the pod all those years until a certain cybertronian minicon discovered the nearly burned down mansion and rescued the poor prototype and was given a new name, a new allegiance, a new team but most of all a new family. The armor next to her is crafted by decepticon scientists. The name of her armor is known as ''D.R.A.K.E.'' which stands for "Decepticon Rampaging Armor of Kinetic Energy" to stabilize her energy levels when going overboard with psychic powers.
