Not only does he look awkward as hell because of the changes they had to do to make him work in this environment, but he was always a third wheel even among the KANTOOOOO starters. For the 5 months i was active in the Pokken community, only once did i see him get any use, and that is apparently a recurring theme because he's low tier. It's the equivalent of adding Meganium as the Gen 2 starter Rep or Chesnaught as the Gen 6 starter Rep. You'll see a few people praise it as a novel idea, but then completely ignore then a week later. And given that Blastoise technically represents 5%b of the roster, is say every single bad choice bears heavily on the game. Tyranitar would've been a better choice for a big body Pokemon
