Scrafty is my favorite pokemon.
It became my favorite pokemon because I ended up over leveling mine in my White playthrough and I ended up (almost) "soloing" the elite four (had to swap to an underleveled 'mon to revive him and all that) with him. That, and I like mohawks in character designs.
I feel like Scrafty can be hated since it can be argued as an anthromon, or a pokemon that has a very strong tie to a human occupation (in this case, a punk/thug). Either that, or the fact he's from Unova.
