I often think we should get the DeviantArt guys who do work like this on board to sugify our concepts. Their designs are usually awful but their art style is usually great.
>>20949568Yeah it'd be great if they had variants on the same design, with an underlying theme. It would suit our surplus of creative, artsy-type designers and give us something fun to work on while we plod along with surveys.
The benefit to the finished game would be massive. I'm re-playing Diamond now and I just tune out in the Team Galactic parts because the grunts have no form of variety. If we had variations such as Team ___ Grunt, Team ____ Cadet and maybe Team ____ Sergeant (with different difficulties to suit this) it'd be a nice way to spice things up in addition to the usual Scientists and Admins.
