Isabella took Cecil to a park and as Cecil played he went to Izzy to get his snack he somehow lost his pull back racecar and when he went around looking for it this buizel around his age was holding it and approached him with the car, that's how Cecil met his first friend Roey and they started becoming friends and have a few things in common too =3 they did play for a long time too and now they meet more regularly as Roey's adoptive mom Laila cares for him and babysits Cecil when Izzy goes to work, since then they are getting along well^^
