That spit thing is literally his biggest dick move, called the Poison Mist, where he spits his face pant in his opponent's eyes to stun them to set them up for one of his bigger moves, if not a finisher.
Muto also invented the Shining Wizard, which is what the Starlight Kick in Xenoblade is based off of. At least in the first Xenoblade.
