Being a furry in and of itself isn't some cardinal sin; most people have odd kinks they won't actually act on anyway (most commonly threesomes). Just keep it in moderation - it should never be THE defining trait of your character, don't introduce yourself like "hi, I'm anon. My fursona's a kobold," and really, it's not something you need to bring up outside of internet strangers who'll forget you in ten minutes and close friends who probably already suspect/know anyway.
In short, it's a facet, not a whole identity. If you start ONLY being able to get off to Pokemon, unironically seek professional help, but I've personally not had a problem like that in 8 years of being a furry.
