New Stats: 85/120/90/35/70/105/BST:505
Gave Staraptor a little more bulk to fit better with it's design. Increased Staraptor's Speed to 105 to fix Staraptor's main problem of it's awkward Speed-tier
New Abilities: Intimidate/Keen Eye/(HA)Relentless
Ability Buff: Keen Eye now no longer checks accuracy for moves of the same STAB type as the Pokemon with the ability. Likely still won't be used over Staraptor's two other abilities, but this change will make KE less shit
New Ability: Relentless
Relentless removes recharge times for moves such as Hyper Beam, Giga Impact, Rock Wrecker, ect + moves that lower stats after use no longer lowers the Pokemon's stats. This means moves such as Close Combat and Superpower no longer lowers Defense, Hammer Arm no longer lowers Speed, ect
Relentless allows Staraptor to run powerful moves such as Giga Impact and Close Combat, without any of the downsides they offer. Relentless also gives recoil moves such as Brave Bird half recoil damage, meaning Staraptor can use these moves more without having to heal
New Moves: Bulk Up, Night Slash, Iron Head, Flare Blitz, Wild Charge, Swords Dance, Rock Slide, Stone Edge
Gave Staraptor more coverage and more moves to take advantage of it's new ability. Thought Staraptor could use more setup moves, so I gave it Bulk Up and Swords Dance. If Talonflame can get Bulk Up, then why not Staraptor? If anything, Staraptor deserves BU even more
Hopefully these changes will let Staraptor get out of UUBLHell, and into OU
